FAQ

Questions, answered.

How we track sale times, what a verified badge really means, and how to get the most out of SOLDOUT Fans. Still stuck? support@soldout.fans.

The basics

What is SOLDOUT Fans?

SOLDOUT Fans tracks every presale and general-sale phase for the shows people actually want to see. We put the most urgent sale times in front of you, verify each source ourselves, and explain how ticketing really works.

Do you sell tickets?

No. We're not a marketplace and we never sell tickets. We point you to the artist's own official source for each sale — the venue, promoter, or platform the artist has named.

Is it free to use?

Yes. Browsing drops, reading our analysis, and checking sale times is free.

Verification & sources

What does a “verified” badge mean?

It means we, or the artist's own official channel, have confirmed that sale time directly — not that we found it on a forum or a resale site. If we haven't confirmed a time yet, we show “checking” rather than guess.

Where do your sale times come from?

Only from official ticket sources: the venue, promoter, or platform the artist has named. We re-check sources as a sale approaches so the times stay current.

What happens if a sale time changes?

We update it and say so. If a time later moves, the change is reflected on the drop and noted in its history rather than quietly overwritten.

Using the site

How does drop ranking work?

Drops are ordered by how soon each sale phase opens, so the windows closing next sit at the top. Each drop explains why it's ranked where it is.

How do alerts work?

You can set an alert on a drop so you're reminded before its sale window opens — useful when a presale is the only realistic chance to get in.

Trust & safety

Do you ever link to resale sites?

Never as a primary source. Our guides exist partly to help you recognise and avoid resale marketplaces that shouldn't be trusted.

I spotted an incorrect sale time — what should I do?

Tell us. If a time looks wrong or a tour we should be tracking is missing, email support@soldout.fans and we'll re-check the source.
